What You Need to Know
General Fulfillment Information:
All items are made to order. Completion time varies based on the type and quantity of items. Most DIY/unfinished products have a processing time of 1 to 2 weeks. Finished products typically require 2 to 3 weeks for processing.

Shipping Information:
Since all items are made to order, they will ship within 1–2 days after printing is complete. Printing times vary depending on the item and order size. For instance, an unfinished Red Hood Outlaw Mask takes about 1 day to print, while an unfinished Clone Trooper helmet may take around 2 days. A tracking number will be provided once the order ships.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
**Returns Policy**
We do not accept returns for any reason. All items have a detailed description, so please ensure you read and understand them for fitment and assembly requirements.
**Damaged Goods**
We recommend opening your package on the day of delivery to inspect the items. While we take great care in packaging, damages can occur during transportation. If you find any damage, such as cracks, please take a photo and contact us the same day. For damages like cracks, we offer a partial refund of 10%-20% depending on the severity (the crack must be a minimum of 1" for a partial refund). Minor cracks can often be repaired with glue and Bondo. In a case of severe damage, we will send a replacement part at no additional cost. Please note that if we do not receive your message and photo on the day of delivery, we will assume the damage occurred after the package was in your possession.
